Summary

The price for a typical site is £3,000 to £4,000
This includes poduct purchase, basic installation, user licenses, 3-6 days on-site work (installation, training or consultancy), support and updates for one year. Fees are currently structured as follows:

Product purchase fee

Standard product purchase is £2,000 and includes two days on-site work
This should be sufficient to do the basic installation, set up a data mart for your data and give basic user training

Annual license and maintenance fee, based per site

Standard fee is £1,000 for one to five users per site, £2,000 for more than five users per site
Annual license and maintenance includes product updates and support, and also
one day on-site consultancy (two days if more than five users), primarily to analyse and review data and trends with management, and other work as requested This helps ensure that management continue to get value from the system

Additional setup fees

If additional setup is required it will be charged at £350 per day plus expenses
This is likely to be required if you have a number of data marts to set up, if they are complex, need significant data cleaning etc.
It is not possible to predict exactly how long it will take to develop the function to extract data from its sources, combine and validate, and set up the user-view of the definitions
This can be done on a semi-fixed price basis, or based around training your own IT staff.
Additional setup fees will be minimised if:

Staff with knowledge of operational systems are available
There is good access to properly configured systems to develop and test the import
Test data of suitable (fairly small) size is available
For more complex data marts, if staff assist with the development
Where data is to be combined from several sources, it is consistent and 'clean'
